Zuna Solutions provides a wide spectrum of specialized advisory and strategic services for client base across all major verticals, and serves throughout the US and Canada. The specialized services offered range from security assessment to designing to implementation to deployment to support security solutions. We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Executive for our New Delhi office.
1.Ready to work in US (EST) shifts.
2.Strong written and verbal communication skills
3 1-2 years’ experience in inside sales; preferably in selling IT based services.
4.Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
5.Proven ability to communicate and interact with sales leadership.
6.Should have a mature working approach and discipline with high service orientation.
7.Should be a team player with a proactive towards task delivery.
8.Ability to work under pressure and produce results to achieve targets.
9.Candidates from North Delhi preferred.
1.Lead generation through cold calling, hunting in international geography.
2.Calling up potential customers and pitching our headsets and driving a revenue target
3.Handling customer queries relating to the company's products and services
4.Creating effective dialogue that obtains valuable information and scheduling meetings on behalf of the sales team.
5.Regular liaison with other member of department to achieve stretched targets in a result- focused environment.
6.Reaching out to new potential accounts and tapping the market
7.Accurately update lead records & information collected in sales systems.
8.Develop a target account list using information gathered and continue to market to these accounts.
9.Schedule 2-3 face-to-face sales meetings weekly for a member of the Sales team.
10.Manage, track and provide sales opportunity status on all sales leads to management.
11.Perform planning activities and develop priority call lists. 12.Generate daily activity reports and submit to management for review.
13.Develop and refine calling processes, procedures, and work flow to ensure continuous personal improvement.
