Responsibilities and Duties
• Make outbound calls to Australian customers with an objective of describing the various products and packages and convincing them to subscribe to their services.
• Meet operational KPIs which have been assigned by the Senior Management
• Assist supervisors, meeting their SLA’s and team targets.
• Ensure that all process knowledge and instructions are adhered to.
JOB ELIGIBILITY :
Brilliant communication skills.
Candidates having experience in International Bpo, Telecalling, Telemarketing, Telesales, International Sales, International Voice Process, International Call Centers preferred.
Freshers with brilliant spoken english are welcome.
Fixed Morning Shift(7am-4pm).
Sunday fixed off.
Excellent Appraisals with timely payouts.
