Understanding Customer’s functional requirements and translating to technical requirement
Find the Gaps and provide the value added suggestion to customer
Prepare the IA document and approval
Design Technical Document and write complex Pl/SQL Development
Bug fixing and provide the quick solutions to customer to run the business
Develop the SQL and pl/sql
Provide the SLA base L2/LE support to customer
Prepare the support metrices and adhere to ISO guidelines
Code Debugging and Reviews
7+ years of relevant experience in the Oracle database field.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle 9i/10g+
In-depth knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL including tuning.
Must be an expert developing complex PL/SQL queries on the Oracle platform.
Must be available for providing the technical support(l3) during night or holidays for critical tickets
Expertise in performance tuning concepts and practices involving large-scale complex databases; experience in SQL optimization techniques
Understanding Customer’s business and requirements and translating them to specific software requirement
Act as the SPOC for internal technical team, client technical team and client business team
Prepare technical docs like understanding document, SRS, Impact Analysis, work flows, flow charts etc.
Excellent Team Management skills.
Implement Unit tests and Functional tests,
Good interpersonal skills, for effective verbal and written communication with clients
Proven track record of successful & timely project delivery
Secondary Skills (Nice to Have):
Oracle OCP Certification.
