Job Profile: Sales and Marketing
Required Experience: 6 Months - 1 yr
Drive revenue growth for our product through: development of creative and ROI-focused marketing processes, and strategies.
Marketing and Selling of company products and services to customers
Meet, cold calls, Send Emails, linked contacts to the shortlisted leads
Generate leads by using networking, social media platforms, developing and driving email campaigns and other sales tools
Formulate and coordinate marketing activities to promote products and services
Achieving overall sales target & servicing clients with the objective of increasing the market share of the company.
Understand customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
Develop marketing communication to attract and improve brand recall among target customers
Create roadmap/comparisons/PPTs for leads
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Any Graduate and Post Graduate with Sales & Marketing stream only.
1-3 yrs. experience in sales and business development activities related to selling of softwares and related technology solutions to businesses
Able to build a compelling value proposition and support in building and positioning the organization brand.
Able to maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone/ email.
Able to handle customer objections and present their business proposals and ensuring sales closure.
Experience with CRM and Campaign management tool.
The candidate should be capable of handling end to end City operations.
Candidates must be outstanding communicator with excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills with pleasing personality and should be willing to travel with in India
Motivated and self-driven. Ability to complete tasks with minimum direction
