Follow-up with the customers & convince the clients to visit site office or the corporate office for further queries.
Basic computer knowledge to post ads in real estate portal.
Coordinate with sales & marketing department for the final closure of leads.
Making Outbound Calls.
Handling Customer Queries.
Ability to provide project information verbally, clearly and effectively.
Strong drive to cold call and hunt for new opportunities at new clients.
She Would Be Required To Maintain Good Relations With The Existing Clients As Well As Develop New Ones.
Calling corporate clients/Rigorous Follow up on the provided data bank.
Providing property Information to the Clients over email and phone.
Submitting Daily Status Report of the work to the respective head of the company.
Tele Calling On The Leads Provided By The Company.
Working On A Daily Target Of Fixing Appointments With Clients For Different Team Members.
Should have working Knowledge Of Computer (Word, Excel), Internet.
Ability To Fulfill The Targets.

Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener
