Job Description

The candidate shall be responsible to lead Learning & Development function in HR.
Reporting to - HOD, V.P. - HR
Location - Delhi
Specific responsibilities:
- Handling complete learning cycle from LNI/LNA to Post-Learning activities
- Maintaining learning timelines with effectiveness
- Maintain learning tracker (both behavioural & technical)
- Creating learning programmes that are aligned with the organisation's objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are
- Acting as the go person for anyone with questions or queries regarding learning and development plans
- Designing staple curriculums for all employees as per organization's competency framework
- Supporting business units with the skill gap identification and action plans
- Managing internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitating learning sessions to various level of population within the organization
- Designing new age learning modules like gamification, eLearning, etc.
- Supporting content development/creation teams
- Monitoring the L&D Expenses on month on month or yearly format as desired by the management

Educational / Professional Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Master's in Business Administration in HR, desirable having additional certifications on training
- Overall 5-7 years of experience in HR with minimum 4-5 years into L&D domain

- Strong business acumen
- Ability to influence/persuade stakeholders
- Open to learning and is comfortable to work in a continuously changing environment
- Proactive and robust thought process
- Meticulous and committed attitude with an eye for detail
- Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
