- Updating the employees paperwork status to AMsInput employee data into the Human Resources Management System database
- Provide support to prospective employees and current employees with HR related issues
- Maintaining the shared onboarding tracker with the live status of candidates
- Collaborate with immediate team- HR, Accounts & Sales people to make sure that the consultants queries and related cases are responded and resolved.
- Orientation call, email when the consultant starts, survey to be sent about his overall experience with our company.
- Weekly follow-ups with consultant to make sure his project is going smooth and if there are any queries which needs to be resolved related to documents, benefits or payroll.
- Connect with consultant to ask for referrals.
