Responsibilities and Duties
· Souring profiles as per the JD through portal and vendors.
· Scheduling and coordinating for interviews with managers and candidate follow ups
· Offer negotiations and joining follow-ups
· Working towards filling the post within deadlines avoid offer drops.
· Maintain recruitment tracker
· Ready to stretch for long hours as per the hiring needs
Ready to handle below coordination part as well on demand
· Maintaining employee records
· Maintaining Courier records.
· Preparing MOM
· Handing end to end Admin activities. assisting employees for ID cards, Visiting cards.and joining Kit
· Handing Visitors records.
