We are hiring for the profile of Customer Care Executive for International BPO est in Gurgaon. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and experience in BPO (International Process).
Assisting the customer
Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
Conduct needs-based selling by determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address their requirements.
24*7 Hour Shift timings, the candidate can get any 9 hour shift
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Day Shift)
3:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Night Shift)
6:00 PM - 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Weekly Working Days: - 5 Days
Off Days: SAT, SUN
