Role Objective: -
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle
Getting vacancy details from employers Sourcing and screening candidates from portals like Naukri, Monster, Linkedin, other social networking groups and through referrals
Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants Screening, shortlisting, interviewing and testing candidates for employers to interview
Manage salary negotiations, date of joining and help with reference checks.
Building relationships with employers and job seekers
Meeting monthly targets for vacancies filled.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Dedicated, hardworking and self-motivated individual who has a passion to perform and deliver high caliber customer service.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Natural ability to build and maintain relationships.
Good communicator in English, both written and verbally.
Good organizational skills and very detail oriented.
The ability to learn and adapt quickly to different environments.
Self-sufficient/able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Should be willing to work in a progressive startup.
Candidates from Delhi will be preferred.
Preferably candidate should have min. 4 months to max. 1 years experience as a recruiter.
Immediate joining preferred.
