Finlok is a fintech app that allows users to collect lump sum between friends. We are looking for telecaller executives to assist us in customer queries and sales. The telecaller would need to -
Troubleshoot issues encountered by users.
Reach out to the prospects (contact details provided) and explain the product and its benefits
Follow-up with leads to make them an active user
Identify user pain points in discussions and provide feedback to product team for product improvement.
The ideal individual would -
Have good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and knowledge of English
Be able to grasp basic financial terminology
Be hard working and process oriented
Be open to learning and changing track/path at short notice
