Finlok is a fintech app that allows users to collect lump sum between friends. We are looking for business development executives to assist us in acquiring customers across Pune. The BDE would need to -
Identify prospects to whom Finlok would be suitable
Reach out to the prospects and explain the product and its benefits
Follow-up with leads to make them an active user
Maintain relationships with the leads to get references to increase acquisition
Identify user pain points in discussions and provide feedback to product team for product improvement.
The ideal individual would -
Have good communication skills in Marathi (Pune being our focus in this phase)
Be able to grasp basic financial terminology
Be hard working
Able to work with low supervision
Be open to learning and changing track/path at short notice
Must have a two-wheeler for travel in Pune.
