Sales Coordination would be described as to communicate with distributors and dealers on their requirements, promotions and collections while service coordination can be described as to receive the service calls from the corporate, assign it to the right service partner, follow up and closing the call through customer invoice!
Responsibilities and Duties
Service complaints handling and setting up a system for follow up
Service call follow up
Reporting & Escalation of customer / service issues
Ø Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Ø Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Ø Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Ø Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Ø Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Ø Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Desired Candidate Profile
Good client communication skill.
