Job Description

Manage & Create sales strategy, which includes identifying key clients to target and seeing through the sales process on each client

Generate leads through networking, business contacts, etc, as well as following up on leads generated via our Inside Sales function

Thoroughly researching prospects; Digesting and understanding client requirements

Production of robust proposals and ROI modeling

Developing partnerships with international partners and resellers

Contacting and qualifying prospective customers through a mixture of inbound and outbound techniques

Maintenance of the CRM system

Considering innovative ways of improving our business development approach

Build strong relationships with mid to large sized businesses and develop long term client revenue

Coach and develop Jr. sales executives, taking responsibility for their growth

Help manage existing client relationships and look for ways to grow revenue across team accounts

Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries

Participate in sales meetings, offering marketing research, competitive data, prospecting ideas, success stories, pacing and digital industry insight at every meeting

Keeping side by side of developments within the digital marketing industry

Desired Skills and Experience

1 - 5 years of experience in sales and marketing at an advertising agency or online media company (USA, Canada, UK, Australia Clients)

Excellent written skills & communication skills: someone who can build trust and build strong working relationships - including sounding great on the phone!

A proven track record of delivering on revenue targets

Strong understanding of the sales process with record of attaining top sales goals

Experience selling such digital services as SEO, PPC, SMO, display, search, and creative with mid to large sized companies

Understanding of how technology works and the ability to explain it to a non-technical sales force.

Ability to convert clients budgets into digital revenue.

BA/BS or MBA in business, marketing or related field with a strong academic record

Exemplary leadership skills and business insight

A roll up your sleeves, initiative to get the job done

Good knowledge of professional Network like LinkedIn etc

Willing to work in night Shift.
