At least 3-7 years of experience as an IT Recruiter for corporate hiring.
Independently should have hands-on experience on working on end to end recruitment cycle.
Sound knowledge of IT concepts and latest trends.
Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools job sites, networking sites and other sourcing methods independently (i.e.: Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn etc.)
Need target oriented candidates with a history of achieving targets
Very Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Should have handled salary negotiation and offer rollout without any support.
Education: Candidate should have a bachelors degree in any major.
