Response to customer calls /mails related to service issues and lodging of complaints in the system.
Follow standard processes and procedures;
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to their inquiries, concerns, and services;
Diagnose and resolve problems as a standard procedure -over the phone in collaboration with technical experts.
Redirect complaints to site engineers for prompt resolution within defined TAT.
Planning & Monitoring logistics of Service technicians
Service records collations in hard and soft formats.
Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software.
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients business;

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:
Graduate /Under graduate with technical background [B Tech/Diploma] .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills 12+ months related experience in a technical support experience in a busy Customer Support and Service department of a white goods/consumer durable/Mobile company.
