Job Description
- Sourcing CVs from Job Portals, Database, Social Media (job posting, mass mailing, campus, recruitment agency as required)
- Short-listing profiles from various job boards based on the requirements in specific skills and matching it to the candidate's skill sets and experience
- Posting the job requirements on different portals including social media like LinkedIn and Twitter
- Effectively using Personal Network Built up Database, Internet and Employee Referrals for prospective hiring
- Interacting with departmental heads to understand their requirements
- Based on the requirements screening the resumes and judging the candidates to meet the particular requirement
- Initial phone screening of candidates to judge communication skills, confidence level, background and job fit as per the criteria
- Shortlisting the candidates as per the requirements and then scheduling up the interviews accordingly
- Closing the position within the prescribed timeline
- Regular follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining
- Conducting recruitment drives and organizing walk-ins
- Taking care of HR Formalities till the time of candidate joining
- Ensure smooth on-boarding of new employees
- Involve in other HR generalist activities as and when required
