Hands on experience with the Cisco Voice Products.
Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in Cisco enterprise contact center environment (PCCE/UCCE)
Strong in ICM scripting and able to implement new service and modify existing service as per business needs
Strong in CVP operation, VXML application development using Call Studio
Must have ability to pull logs from ICM, CVP, PG, ingress/egress and VXML gateway and analyze them. Experience with Finesse is required.
Have working knowledge on Calabria call recording, QM, WFM
Have working knowledge on Nuance application like TTS and ASR
Have sound knowledge on Cisco Phone System (CUCM) and Voicemail system(Unity Connection)
Upgrade experience with contact center application will be a plus
Experience with financial service organization will be huge plus.
