Experience on integration of systems such as, Avaya ACD, Softphone with the voice based systems and Avaya Voip technology.
Maintaining and administration of Avaya CM, Avaya G650, G450 Gateways, SM, SMGR, CMS, AES, AAM, SIP Trunks etc.
Follow up on outstanding issues to bring them to quick closure
Good knowledge on data networks,
To Provide Voice based solution to our clients and their Implementation.
