Overview of Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Sales Executive having experience in US sales, to contribute in setting appointments for the company.
An effective IT Sales Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Should have a very good communication skill and US Accent, British, or Neutral Accent is a must. Basic knowledge of web and mobile technologies (Javascript, React Native, WordPress). To be clear, you do not have to implement these things or know how to code; but need a working knowledge as these are the services we sell.

Specific Responsibilities

Achieve targets each quarter by working closely with the entire sales team
Building a qualified pipeline of opportunities through cold calls, marketing qualified leads, targeted warm account prospection and conversion of inbound leads.
Providing sales presentations and support as needed throughout the sales cycle.
Assisting in RFP responses to prospects.
Applying a thorough understanding of business practice, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to overcome objections of prospective customers.
Incorporating knowledge of our products and services, the customer, and key competitors into the sales process and using that knowledge to uncover customer needs and generate demand.
Working effectively as an individual while also facilitating the sales opportunity by providing the support needed to advance the sales process.

Ideal Candidate Description

Past experience setting appointments for Digital Marketing and/or Web and Mobile Development Agency*

American, British or Neutral Accent is must* *
Proven experience as Telesales representative or other sales/customer service role* *
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone* *
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems* *
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects* *
Excellent knowledge of English* *
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* *
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection* *
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints*

KPIs/Goals
Telemarketing Appointment Setting Rate 10%*

Average Time Spent on Calls. 7 Minutes* *
Average Telemarketing Calls per Hour. 8* *
Brand Awareness*

Monthly Remuneration

Highly competitive OTE according to experience and profile
