Title/Role: Business Architect
Location: Mumbai, India
                                       
 
The key roles are:
 
Business Experience architect – Manufacturing & Customer service– Experienced in managing stakeholders especially around customer service and supply chain.  Capability to work with senior stakeholders in operations domain. 
Experience in working on SAP implementations in supply chain (MM, PP, SD)
Main purpose of the job:
Partner with the Asia-Africa supply chain & operations teams and the global P&E, in defining the SAP and non-sap solutions for running the AA business. Person will be responsible for implementing and supporting continuous global process improvements and optimisation.  Responsibilities also include technology innovation and updates focused on increasing business capabilities.
Roles &Responsibility:
         Work alongside SC & operations stakeholders in defining and implementing the regional solutions
         Maintains the relationships, engages and aligns with the global delivery and support teams
         Accountable for IT services supplied, to ensure they meet with agreed SLAs for both new project delivery and ongoing support. Carries out regular service reviews
         Responsible for adopting global IT strategies, roadmaps and capabilities to regional business requirements
         Develops and defends business cases (including but not exclusively: problem statement / opportunity, value proposition, etc.) on behalf of business and IT leadership
         Manages the demand and estimates IT resources and Budget requirements
         Shapes new business models, opportunities and visual structures
         Effectively influence, collaborate and align HUB and global teams to deliver business commitments
         Collates, tracks & reports on all IT initiatives, goals and progress for that function

         Digital Acumen: (Intermediate) Understands and applies digital technology; embraces digital technology to positively impact business processes and results; provokes insights that encourage decision makers to adopt new digital technologies; develops processes that utilize digital technology.
 
Specific Experience:
 
        Minimum 10+ years’ experience in the SAP focused on supply chain, distribution, and customer order processing
Minimum 3 end to end SAP implementation in non-engineering business
Have worked on ECC 6+; experienced in global SAP support model
Experience in requirements gathering, specifications development, and effort estimation
Experience in SAP interfaces with other transactional and reporting system
     
 
Specific Knowledge:
      Excellent communication skills, with ability to relate to both non-technical business users, and technical IT resources
        Proven ability to work on own initiative
SAP certification on either SD, MM, PP (can ne
        Understands Production, customer order, warehousing, planning and Quality processes
Understands APQC, SCOR models, PC Framework etc.
         Process methodology in business operations, design and delivery
         Conceptual/Experience Design
         Business Capability Roadmap
 
Other Skills and Competencies (nice to have)
         PMP (or equivalent) Project Management certification
APICS or certification
